Mindfulness Colouring

Colouring is a highly effective way of encouraging well-being in children (and adults). It encourages creativity but also promotes a range of other benefits:
1 - it enhances fine motor control
2 - it improves hand-eye co-ordination 
3 - it develops spatial awareness
4 - it builds concentration and focus
5 - it promotes creativity and self-expression
6 - it teaches colour and shape recognition
7 - it relaxes and releases emotions
